The Convention package includes  airport – hotel – airport transportation service (prior confirmation of your flight itinerary).

The registration of participants will take place on Thursday 20th October, in the green area of the Convention Center of the Hotel (in front of the Intense and Darkness lounges) during a timetable from 9:00 am to 17:00 hrs.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

1. You should go to the registration desk of the organizers.
2. Once you have registered for the VI National Convention event, you should go to the check- in desk with hotel Staff to receive your room.
3. Then you should go to the Dine Around desk to carry out the reservation of the restaurant of your choice (considered for Friday 21st October).

⚠ In case you arrive to the hotel before Thursday 20th October, you can do the early check-in directly at the lobby hotel and later you must go to the event registration on the date, time and place indicated.

• Check – in time : 15.00 hrs

If you arrive at the hotel before the check- in time, we will work with the hotel to request delivery of your room as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can make use of the hotel facilities. It is important to consider that, due to the hygiene and health safety protocols applied by the venue hotel, it is likely that the rooms will not be available before 15:00 hrs.

The dress code for the events in our work program is described below:

4 D Laboratories

• • Antigen Test: $ 35 usd. Results in 30 minutes.
  • PCR Test. $ 100 usd. Results in 12 hours.

Traveller Laboratories

• • Antigen Test. $ 40 usd. Results delivered in 5 hours
  • PCR Test. $100 usd. Results in 12 hours.

Both laboratories, the tests must be requested one day in advance and the test is applied in the room.

You must go to the hotel reception, request check – out and deliver the access card.

• Check-out time : 12.00 hrs

In order to be transported to the airport, it is essential that you arrive at the required time with a completed check- out.

⚠ Derived from the works that are being carried out on the highway and in order to guarantee your presence in the boarding area in a timely manner, it is suggested that you leave the hotel for the airport at least 3 hours and a half before the departure of your flight.

• Domestic flights: The questionnaire must be filled out up to 12 hours before your flight.
• International flights to Mexico: You must fill out the questionnaire upon arrival, either from your cell phone or physically with the formats that are delivered at the airport.
