From September 26 to 29, 2024, the National Chamber of the Textile Industry, the Fibers Section of the National Association of the Chemical Industry, and the Footwear Industry Chamber of Guanajuato will organize the National Convention of the Fiber – Textile – Clothing – Footwear, with the participation of experts and key representatives talking about current and important topics for the sector.

This event will bring together representatives from the entire production chain, from fiber, spinning, weaving, finishing, manufacturing, and commercialization, along with representatives from the federal government, state governments, industry suppliers, self-service and department stores, as well as important opinion leaders.

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

To boost the value chain by sharing knowledge and creating strategic partnerships between different players in the sector.

After picking up your luggage at the airport, head to the “Authorized Taxis” exit at your terminal.

🚦 You’ll find staff there, easily identifiable with the event logo on a welcome sign, wearing the uniform shown in the image.

📖 Participant registration will be on Thursday, September 26, at the hotel’s private Check-in Area from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How do I check in?
🕒 Room handover time: 3:00 PM.
  1. Go to the Organizers’ Registration Desk.

  2. After registering for the National Convention, head to the hotel’s Check-in Desk to get your room. Keep in mind that rooms won’t be available until 3:00 PM.

  3. Go to the Dine Around Desk to reserve the restaurant of your choice (for Friday, September 27).

  4. If you want to join the Innovation Club (scheduled for Friday, September 27), sign up here or directly at the organizers’ registration desk when you arrive.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN

⚠️️ If you arrive before Thursday, September 26, you can do an early check-in at the hotel lobby, and then check in for the event at the designated time and place.

🚨 If you arrive before the Check-in time, we will coordinate with the hotel to get your room ready as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the hotel’s services. Room availability before Check-in time depends on availability.
