OUR CONVENTION

From Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd, 2023 with the aim of promoting the participation of the sector, the National Chamber of the Textile Industry, National Chamber of the Apparel Industry, the Fibers Section of the National Association of the Chemical Industry and the Chamber of the Footwear Industry of Guanajuato, hold the 7th Annual Convention Chain of the Fiber – Textile – Apparel – Footwear, “For an industry that transcends”, which has an agenda full of expert panelists and topics of relevance to our Industry.

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

Promote the strengthening of the value chain, with the exchange of knowledge and creation of strategic alliances between the different actors in the sector.

🔔The Convention package includes  airport – hotel – airport transportation service (prior confirmation of your flight itinerary).

🚖 After collecting your luggage at the airport, you should go to the “Authorized Taxis”, exit of your Terminal.

🚦 In this area you will find Staff duly identified with the event logo on a welcome palette, wearing the uniform as shown in the image.

IMPORTANT: To guarantee this service, it is essential to share your flight itinerary to the emails: desarrollo@canaintex.org.mx and asistente@canaintex.org.mx prior to the event, before october 17

📖 Registration of participants will take place on Thursday, October 19 in the private Check-in Area of ​​the hotel from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

HOW DO I REGISTER? 🕒 Room delivery time: 3:00 p.m.

  1. Go to the organizers’ Registration Desk.
  2. Once you have registered for the VII National Convention event, you must go to the Check-in Table with hotel staff to deliver your room. Please take into account that room delivery is until 3:00 p.m.
  3. Go to the Dine Around Table to make a reservation for the restaurant of your choice (considered for Friday, October 20).
  4. If you want to participate in the Innovation Club (considered for Friday, October 20), register here or directly at the organizers’ registration table upon arrival.

⏰EARLY CHECK-IN 

⚠️️ In case you arrive to the hotel before Thursday 20th October, you can do the early check-in directly at the lobby hotel and later you must go to the event registration on the date, time and place indicated.

🚨 If your arrival is prior to Check-in time, we will work with the hotel to request delivery of your room as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you will be able to use all the hotel services. (Room occupancy prior to Check-In time is subject to availability).
